When is the conference?

The conference is Saturday, June 22, 2024. We will also have optional workshops on June 21.

Where is the conference?

University of Washington, South Lake Union campus at 850 Republican St, Seattle, WA, USA

Will meals be provided?

At the conference, a light breakfast as well as a catered lunch are provided with your registration. No meals are provided during workshops.

Will there be a virtual option?

Yes. You can register for a virtual only ticket and all in-person registrants will also receive access information after registration.

Are there discounts for students?

Yes! Students tickets are only $20

Are there early bird tickets?

Yes! Early-bird prices are available through April 8.

After the conference

Will talks be recorded?

Yes! Look for a YouTube link after the conference in our past agendas.
