When is the conference?

The conference is on June 21, 2025. Workshops will be held a day prior on June 20, 2025

Where is the conference?

This year's conference is taking place in Portland, OR, USA at the OHSU Joseph R. Robertson Collaborative Life Sciences Building.

Where are the workshops?

This year's workshops are taking place in Portland, OR, USA at the PSU Karl Miller Center.

Will meals be provided?

At the conference, a light breakfast as well as a catered lunch are provided with your registration. No meals are provided during workshops.

Will there be a virtual option?

For the conference, yes. You can register for a virtual only ticket and all in-person registrants will also receive access information after registration. There is no virtual option for workshops.

Facilities

Will there be a lactation room?

Yes! See the Venue for more details.

Is there a preferred hotel?

Yes! University Place Hotel is offering a discounted rate for Cascadia R attendees ($111/night plus tax, breakfast included, $13/day parking). Guests can call the Hotel at 503-221-0140 and ask for the “Cascadia Conference” block.

Where do I park?

For the conference, free parking is available at Robertson Life Sciences Building Parking (RLSB) Garage. The garage entrance is located North of the building on S Meade St between S Moody St and S Bond Ave. For the workshops, Parking Structure 1 and 2 are located next to the Karl Miller Center (KMC). All day parking is $14 and street parking is also available in the area. See the Venue for maps and more details.

How do I register?

You can register for the in-person and virtual conference as well as workshops via EventBrite.

Are there discounts for students?

Yes! Students tickets are available at a discounted rate.

Are there early bird tickets?

Yes! Get early bird discount until March 14, 2025.


After the conference

Will talks be recorded?

Yes! Look for a YouTube link after the conference in our past agendas.

What about next year (2026)?

We'll let you know at the start of 2026!
